Payment Options
Our practice accepts cash, cheques with a bank guarantee card and all major credit and debit cards. We require all laboratory-related work to be paid for in advance of the fitting appointment and ask that all treatment is paid for on the day that it is carried out.
Denplan Monthly Payment Plans
Many of our patients pay for their treatment through a monthly dental payment plan arranged by Denplan, a dental insurance specialist. These plans help patients to budget for routine dental care and treatment by making regular monthly payments. There are three levels of Dental Cover to choose from, so please visit our Denplan & Insurances page to view your options.
0% FINANCE
An Interest Free dental plan can make dental treatment more easily affordable and enable you to start your cosmetic or restorative dental treatment immediately. The Plan will allow you to spread the cost of treatment over an agreed period of time, depending on your monthly budget. We are pleased to be working with specialist finance provider, Dental Finance, in offering a range of finance plans. Please Contact Us for further information or ask at Reception when you attend.
Health Insurance Policies and Dental Health Insurers
Our practice is accredited by HSA and the other dental insurers, so if your Health Insurance Policy provides Dental Cover or you have a separate Dental Health Policy, we will be accredited to carry out any treatment you require.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that our practices require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel an appointment. We require appointments for Mondays to be cancelled by 1.30pm on Friday to allow us to offer the appointment to another client. It is practice policy to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations. We thank you for your co-operation.
Complaints Procedure
If you are unhappy about any aspect of your treatment or our practices and you wish to make a complaint, please contact our Complaints Officer.
You can speak to our Complaints Officer and explain why you are dissatisfied or you can provide us with your complaint in writing. You will receive an acknowledgement from us within three working days of us receiving your complaint. We will then investigate the matter fully and will let you know our findings and a proposed course of action, in writing, within twenty working days.

Our Dental Professionals are all registered with the GDC and our practices comply with GDC regulations.
Data Protection
In order to deliver a high standard of dental care and attention, it is necessary to hold certain personal information. Our practice complies with the 1998 Data Protection Act and we ensure that personal information about patients is processed fairly and lawfully.
We retain dental records while you are a patient of our practice and after you cease to be a patient for at least 11 years, or for children, until the age of 25 years, whichever is the longer. Personal data is held in the practice’s computer system and/or in a manual filing system. The information is not accessible to the public and only authorised members of staff have access to it. Our computer system has secure audit trails and we back up information routinely.
